BONNERS FERRY, Idaho –A Bonners Ferry school is getting a new playground for Christmas this year.
North Idaho Classical Academy is one of the latest 25 recipients of T-Mobile’s Hometown Grant.
The Academy will receive $50,000 towards building a new playground.
“The T-Mobile Hometown Grant will have a tremendous impact on North Idaho Classical Academy and the greater Bonners Ferry community,” said Dr. Jake Francom, Head of School for North Idaho Classical Academy. “This funding helps us build a safe, vibrant playground that will support the healthy development of our students and provide a gathering place for families. It strengthens not just our school campus, but the Bonners Ferry community.”
North Idaho Classical Academy was selected from more than 900 applicants nationwide.
The check will be presented on Friday, December 12th, at 10 a.m. at North Idaho Classical Academy.
