Both Highway 97 over Blewett Pass and Highway 2 over Stevens Pass were closed overnight due to hazardous conditions, according to the Washington State Patrol.
Drivers who must travel are being directed to Highway 28 through Quincy.
Troopers are also clearing an overturned semi near Crescent Bar at milepost 20, authorities said.
Officials urged motorists to drive for conditions.
