SPOKANE, Wash. — A crash is blocking the right lane of westbound Interstate 90 near Argonne Road.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the driver failed to yield to troopers and crashed into a patrol car.
The suspect in the crash is in custody.
Drivers should yield to emergency vehicles and expect long delays.
