CHENEY, Wash. — Students at Cheney High School are getting hands-on experience while benefitting their learning program.
The Production and Manufacturing Institute (PMI) is a program that brings together local schools and manufacturers to provide students with real-world experience in the trades.
CHS students in the program have recently been focused on woodworking and building cutting boards, benches and decorative boxes.
All products created by students in the program are for sale and proceeds benefit PMI.
