MOSCOW, Idaho — Moscow will see bright orange e-scooters available to use starting Friday, June 13, 2025.
The City agreed to a one-year contract with Spin, operated by Pheenix USH, LLC, with an option to renew.
According to the City of Moscow, Spin is paying an annual license fee to the City, so taxpayers are not paying for the service.
The e-scooters will be available for use within city limits.
There are certain areas in the city where the e-scooters won’t work, like designated parts of the University of Idaho (U of I) and portions downtown.
Check out the restricted areas here.
City officials asked that any citizens who see Spin e-scooters parked or being used in prohibited areas call the Moscow Police Department’s non-emergency line at (208) 883-2677.
The City and police are not responsible for errors or operational issues riders may have, so questions or concerns should be directed to Spin at support@spin.com or 1-888-249-9698.
