SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — As of this weekend, all Spokane County parks will be officially open for the summer season.
Spokane County Parks, Recreation and Golf said this means lawns will be mowed, restrooms will be open, drinking fountains will be turned on and picnic tables and trash cans will be put out.
Gates at Camp Caro, Pine River Park, Glen Eden, Bear Lake Regional Park and Liberty Lake Regional Park will be open on or before May 16.
The county said Liberty Lake Regional Park will open the campground and day use parking lot.
The park service season will continue through September 14.
