SPOKANE, Wash. — The Medical Examiner has determined the cause of death for a man shot and killed outside a Maverik last Friday.
According to the Medical Examiner, 24-year-old Timothy Allen Jr. died of gunshot wounds to his head and right foot.
The incident happened around 3:15 a.m. April 25 at the Maverik on Division and Montgomery.
Spokane police said two people were shot. Allen Jr. died at the scene and another person was taken to an area hospital. That person was last reported in critical but stable condition.
SPD has not provided any updates on the other gunshot victim or potential suspects.
