SPOKANE, Wash. — This year’s Hoopfest has a new way to honor a special basketball-lover in your life!
New this year is Spokane Hoopfest’s Honorary Recognition Tile Program.
Through the program, you can purchase a tile in honor of someone associated with the game of basketball who has had a positive influence in your life. Possible honorees could include players, coaches, teams or referees.
The tiles will be displayed as part of the Hooptown Hall of Fame and live for a minimum of 50 years on the pillars at Riverfront Park.
Tiles can be purchased for $450 for 10″x6″ or $350 for 10″x4″.
All submissions are subject to approval by Spokane Hoopfest Association.
Submissions are due by May 25.
