SPOKANE, Wash.– A warm weekend in the mountains has parts of the Spokane River near bankfull on Monday morning.
The river gauge below the falls read 25.8 feet at 9 a.m. Monday. That’s close to the Action Stage of 26 feet and a little over a foot below Minor Flood Stage.
