SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — A 78-year-old elderly man with dementia was declared the subject of a Washington State Patrol (WSP) Silver Alert two days after Spokane County Sheriff’s deputies put out an alert saying they could not find him.

Terry Delozier was last seen Wednesday, March 19 around 6:00 a.m. He was seen leaving Dishman Rd. off of 1st Ave. in Spokane Valley, and may have had intentions on going to Portland, Oregon.
Delozier didn’t have his medication, and WSP said he could not return home without someone’s help.
He was driving a 2007 blue GMC pick-up truck with license plate C43261Y.
Delozier was last seen wearing a blue and gray flannel shirt and blue jeans.
Any sightings of Delozier or his truck should be reported to 9-1-1 immediately.
