SPOKANE COUNTY, Idaho — If you work with an agriculture-related organization, the Spokane County Interstate Fair has an exciting opportunity for you.
To enhance agricultural education at the fair, Spokane County Interstate Fair has developed an agriculture education grant.
The grant will go toward funding up to three scholarships for agriculture-related organizations that offer hands-on, interactive agriculture education to fair guests during all ten days of the 2025 fair.
The opportunity is valued at $500.
The pilot program began in 2024 and will run through 2026. Interested organizations must apply annually.
Applications are due March 24 and will be reviewed by the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center Advisory Board in April.
Awarded applicants must be available to staff a booth all ten days of the fair during operating hours.
For more information and to request an application, contact Erin Gurtel at egurtel@spokanecounty.org or 509-477-2785.
