SPOKANE, Wash. — Drivers hit significant traffic heading into downtown Spokane Thursday morning.
A crash caused major slowing on eastbound I-90 near the Geiger Boulevard overpass around 7:30 a.m.
The crash was cleared around 9 a.m.
