SPOKANE, Wash. — One person was injured after the car they were riding in drove over a rock wall and landed on the freeway below on Monday evening.
According to Washington State Patrol, around 6 p.m. on December 2, a car drove over the rock wall near South Arthur Street and 5th Avenue in Spokane and landed on the I-90 freeway below.
WSP said the car landed “nose-first” and then flipped onto it’s roof.
Two people were inside the car at the time of the crash. One person suffered head injuries and was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The other person in the car was not injured.
No information as to what led to the crash has been released.
