SPOKANE, Wash. — The leaves are changing, and winter may be here before we know it.
S.N.A.P hosted its annual Pajama Party on the Brick West patio this afternoon. This event is a clothing drive to collect cold weather gear.
Attendees were encouraged to come in their favorite pajamas and donate some warm clothes for those in need.
“We have a lot of our vulnerable neighbors who are cold on the streets in the cold winter months. We are trying to raise gloves, hats, anything that can keep them warmer to protect them,” said Dean Henrich, marketing and communication specialist.
The event also had a lot of family fun to offer such as face painting, balloon animals and a raffle.
S.N.A.P has over 30 programs aimed at helping the Spokane community. You can find more information on those programs and how to get involved here.
