SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane Parks and Recreation announced that a new paved walkway was recently completed along the south side of Franklin Park.
This pathway connects the existing trails on the west and east sides of the park to create a pedestrian loop that is ADA accessible. This is the first of many improvements coming to the park according to Spokane Parks and Recreations. The walkway was funded by the Parks Levy.
