Stevens County, Wash. — Firefighters are working to contain a wildfire in Stevens County that has consumed 127 acres with zero containment as of Friday.
The Hill Loop Fire is north of Hill Loop Road between Lodgepole Creek and 15 Mile Creek Road.
The fire is located approximately 15 miles southeast of Bridgeport.
The cause remains under investigation.
Evacuations and Road Status
A Level 2 evacuation remains in place around the fire. Residents should remain prepared for changing conditions and be ready to evacuate if conditions worsen.
All road closures have been lifted.
