SPOKANE, Wash. — Gonzaga men’s basketball head coach Mark Few was inducted into the Hall of Fame Saturday night.
Few was part of the Naismith Memorial Class of 2026.
He has spent more than 25 years building Gonzaga into a national powerhouse and led the Bulldogs to 25 NCAA tournament appearances, including two trips to the National Championship game.
Few has also piled up more than 700 wins at Gonzaga, becoming one of the coaches with the most wins in college basketball history.
He was also part of the 2024 U.S. Olympic coaching staff that helped Team USA win gold.
On Saturday, he took his place among the legends of the game in the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
“What a crazy, surreal moment for me,” Few said about the induction. “The town I grew up in had a population of around 1500 people and one stoplight. To be here, standing where I am today is absolutely mind boggling.”
Few doesn’t show any signs of slowing down and will continue to coach the Zags as they enter a new conference this fall.
