SPOKANE, Wash — Videos are pouring in of a cool sight that lit up the dark sky early Friday morning.
A meteor was seen streaking across the western sky around 12:48 a.m. on Friday, August 14th.
Reports Friday morning indicate the meteor was seen across the Inland Northwest and North Idaho, as well as in areas like Portland, Seattle, and British Columbia, Canada.
Videos captured on security cameras across the region show the ball lighting up the sky; some show green or blue hues. You can see it then explode into a fireball as it fades from view.
