KOOSKIA, Idaho – Idaho State Police arrested a woman for three counts of vehicular manslaughter for a crash that killed three people near Kooskia.
The crash happened Tuesday afternoon around 4 pm.
ISP says a truck was traveling west on Highway 12 when the driver tried to pass another car in a no-passing zone. The truck crossed the center line and hit three motorcycles coming the other way.
All three motorcyclists died at the scene.
60-year-old Neale Brewer of Colorado Springs was booked into the Idaho County Jail on three counts of vehicular manslaughter.
The names of the motorcyclists have not been released.
ISP shut down Highway 12 for six and a half hours to investigate and process evidence.
