PITTSBURGH, Penn. – The Seattle Seahawks kicked off Day 3 of the 2026 NFL Draft by selecting Iowa offensive guard Beau Stephens with the 148th overall pick.
Seattle gets an All-American lineman with good punches and hands for rushers, despite his shorter arms and lack of elite skill outside of zone.
This past season at Iowa, Stephens earned the Joe Moore Award, given to the nation’s top offensive line unit.
