SPOKANE, Wash – Eight seconds doesn’t sound like much, until you’re on the back of a 2,000-pound bull doing everything it can to throw you off.
Friday and Saturday, Professional Bull Riders charges into the Spokane Arena, bringing one of the toughest, most adrenaline-packed sports in the world right to our community.
This isn’t just a competition, it’s a chance for Spokane to experience a live, edge-of-your-seat event you don’t get every day.
For the riders, the challenge is simple: hang on for eight seconds. For the bulls, the goal is the opposite. Riders grip a rope with one hand, keep the other hand free, and try to stay centered as the bull bucks, twists, and explodes out of the chute. One wrong move, and it’s over.
And the bulls are elite athletes too. They’re judged on power, speed, and unpredictability, making every ride different and every moment unpredictable.
Fans can expect nonstop action, close calls, and those moments when the entire arena goes silent waiting to see if the rider makes it to the buzzer.
Tickets are available through PBR.com.
