SPOKANE, Wash. — Crews are working to repair a water main break on East Francis Avenue between Addison Street and Standard Street in Spokane.
The city says traffic is reduced to one lane in each direction so crews can work on the repair.
Drivers are asked to slow down in the area to keep workers safe.
