Happy Thanksgiving! The day will be wet with some mountain snow tonight to complicate travels on Friday.
Plan your Thanksgiving
Conditions turn soggy by midday, followed by scattered rain in the late afternoon and more moderate, steady rain overnight. Temperatures will stay in the middle and upper 30s most of the day with highs close to 40.
What Weβre Tracking
Snow levels will drop enough early Friday morning to get a flurry or two into northern, high elevation valleys in Northeast Washington and North Idaho before sunrise Friday. Lookout Pass is under a winter weather advisory tonight. Expect 2-4β³ there by midday Friday.
The sun comes out late Friday as cold, dry air arrives in the Inland Northwest. It will be COLD this weekend with lows in the teens and 20s and highs only slightly above freezing.
The colder temperatures will set us up for some light snow showers early next week.
