The clear, cool conditions last beyond sunset and temperatures will drop quickly during the evening. Lows overnight will be the coldest since February in the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene area, in the low to mid 20s.

It’s going to be cold this weekend. Highs will only be in the 30s, and overnight lows will drop to the upper teens to mid-20s. A weak system arrives Saturday with some flurries possible around the region during the afternoon. This is the coldest weather we’ve had since February, so bring an extra layer to your activities.
