SPOKANE, Wash. — Local families struggling to provide Christmas gifts for their children will have help this holiday season thanks to a toy drive organized by Spokane County Fire District 4.
The fire district is partnering with the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation to collect new, unwrapped toys at all staffed stations through December 15.
The annual toy drive serves families throughout the Spokane County area who might otherwise struggle to provide Christmas presents for their children.
Fire stations participating in the drive provide convenient drop-off locations for community members looking to contribute to the holiday effort.
The program typically seeks donations that are new and in original packaging to ensure safety and quality for recipients.
Community members interested in donating can visit any Spokane County Fire District 4 staffed station during regular hours.
