As fog lifts across the region, we’ll see a partly to mostly cloudy, dry Tuesday afternoon. This will be the calmest day of the week as conditions become more unsettled on Wednesday.
Plan your Tuesday
Fog will lift off the ground in the late morning, but many areas are unlikely to see the cloud deck go away completely today. The afternoon will be a mix of sun and clouds with highs above average in the upper 40s and low 50s. It’s fog season in the Inland Northwest, and with fairly light winds on Wednesday, there may be more fog in store for us this week.
What We’re Tracking
A couple of showers will be hanging around tonight and Wednesday, but the vast majority of us will stay dry until Thursday. Thursday sees a bigger storm system move into the region, bringing valley rain and mountain snow. Mountain passes can expect snow starting late Thursday. Thursday and Sunday look to be the wettest days, while Friday and Saturday see showers be a bit more isolated.
