CATALDO, Idaho — The Idaho Transportation Department will be shutting down part of I-90 Monday for bridge work.
The closure will be at the eastbound off-ramp at Cataldo. ITD says crews will remove a temporary ramp and repave sections of the road to shift traffic onto the new eastbound bridge for winter.
The off-ramp is expected to be closed for three weeks. ITD says it plans to reopen by Thanksgiving but weather will determine that.
ITD recommends eastbound drivers use the Kingston exit and get back on the freeway westbound to get to Cataldo.
More information about the project and detour can be found here.
