SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Chiefs roared into Spokane Arena with a statement in mind, dusting the Tri-City Americans 3-0 to open their home slate on a high.
Will McIsaac would break the scoring drought in the second period, followed by third-period goals by Mathis Preston and Owen Martin.
Nine different Spokane players recorded a point tonight, and McIsaac and Martin both scored their first goals of the season.
Spokane next sticks at home for back-to-back games against the Prince George Cougars, starting Friday at 7:05 p.m.
