PULLMAN, Wash. – The final season for Washington State in the WCC will look a little different this year.
Both Cougs teams will now see mid-week conference games for the first time in the WCC’s history. Several games don’t have a determined date, as the conference has date flexibility to provide more exposure for national media partners. WSU will play WCC games on potential every day of the week minus Mondays and Fridays.
Wazzu’s men’s squad opens their season on the road, then returns home to host LMU and Oregon State to start January. WSU then hosts Gonzaga on Jan. 13-15, the final date to be determined later. WSU closes their WCC slate with consecutive games in California against LMU and Pepperdine.
The women’s team has highlights of their home game against Gonzaga on Jan. 31, traveling to Spokane on Feb. 19. WSU hosts Oregon State Jan. 8 and travels to the Beavs on Feb. 21. They wrap up their regular season hosting the Saint Mary’s Gaels on Feb. 28.
