CHELAN COUNTY, Wash. — Deputies arrested a man for making violent threats against children at school in response to an online dispute about comments regarding the death of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
According to Chelan County Sheriff’s Office, on September 12, CCSO deputies responded to a call about harassment and threats made in Leavenworth.

Deputies soon identified the suspect as 40-year-old Casey A. Garrison of Wenatchee.
CCSO said Garrison made multiple violent threats to kill in response to the online dispute.
He was arrested for harassment threats to kill and making bomb threats.
“Incidents of threatening to shoot children at schools will not be tolerated,” wrote Sheriff Mike Morrison in a press release.
