COLBERT, Wash. — Crews have completed a 100% dozer line around the fire, stopping its forward spread, according to Spokane County Fire Department #4.
SCFD4 said, firefighters are now focused on strengthening the line and mopping up hot spots to ensure it remains secure.
There is no current threat to homes, and crews will remain on scene until the fire is fully contained.

The fire was estimated at about three acres in size.
Structures are threatened, according to the Department of Natural Resources.
Crews responding to the scene included two engines, a 10-person hand crew, a bulldozer and a helicopter.
