SPOKANE, Wash. — Police are investigating two, separate shootings that happened in North Spokane on Monday.
On July 15 around 2:30 p.m., Spokane Police Department said they responded to a report of multiple shots fired near Wilding Drive and Fredericksburg Court.
The caller reported a red SUV might have been involved.
When they arrived, officers found shell casings but no suspects or victims.
Around 6 p.m., SPD responded to a second reported shooting near Liberty Avenue and Lacey Street.
At the scene, SPD found a man with a minor head injury that was determined to not be a gunshot wound.
Officers learned a fight had broke out amongst a group of people and that, at one point, someone shot a gun and then left in a silver SUV.
