SPOKANE, Wash – For the final time this summer, Providence is hosting a free swim for families Thursday night.
Providence and Spokane Parks and Rec Foundation host a series of Make a Splash free swim events each summer.
Thursday’s swim at Liberty Aquatics Center welcomes families to swim free from 6:30-8:00 pm.
Liberty Aquatics Center is at 502 S. Pittsburg Street.
Guests can also enjoy free food and entertainment.
“We are thrilled to partner with Providence to host these neighborhood pool parties,” said Yvonne Trudeau, executive director for Spokane Parks Foundation. “We believe in the power of community and the importance of providing accessible, family-friendly events.”
Providence says the Make a Splash program is powered by corporate sponsorships and community donations to promote water safety and access.
