SPOKANE, Wash. – United States Track & Field (USATF) makes their way to the Inland Northwest this summer.
Central Valley High School hosted the regional qualifier last weekend, and they will host the USATF Region 13 Championships over July 3-6th.
The top athletes then head to Savannah, Ga. for Nationals.
This year’s competition features record watches for men’s pole vault, hammer throw and decathlon.
Given around 600 athletes from around the Pacific Northwest, plus even Alaska, will attend this weekend, the event is in need of 150-200 volunteers to host successfully.
