IDAHO COUNTY, Idaho — A plane crashed in a field near Kooskia, Idaho on Saturday morning, according to Kooskia Emergency Services.
Around 9:30 a.m. on May 31, fire and ambulance crews responded to a reported plane crash in a field along Highway 13, just south of Kooskia, about an hour-and-a-half drive east of Lewiston.
The small plane landed near some trees with its nose down and tail up.
Kooskia Emergency Services said the pilot, who was taken to the hospital after the crash, was the only person in the plane.
As of Sunday afternoon, no information about the pilot’s condition or what caused the crash has been released.
