NEZ PERCE, Idaho — A man was hospitalized after a car crash in Nez Perce County on Sunday morning, according to Nez Perce County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 10:30 a.m. on May 25, NPCSO responded to multiple calls about a car crashed on the side of Highway 95 near milepost 316.
NPCSO said a Jeep Wrangler ran off the road, hit the hillside and flipped over.
The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from the Jeep.
He was transported to the hospital with what NPCSO described as “very severe injuries.”
The Sheriff’s Office said it is important to always wear your seatbelt, watch your speed, only drive while rested and alert and never drive while impaired.
