SPOKANE, Wash. – It was a day of lucky number seven for the Spokane Indians, with a seven-inning, six-strikeout performance from pitcher Konner Eaton and seven total runs scored by the offense in a 7-3 win over Tri-City.
Despite striking out 14 total times, Spokane batters managed eight hits, including six of them from Charlie Condon, Braylen Wimmer and Skyler Messinger.
Eaton’s night also saw just one run allowed in his career-long seven-inning start.
Spokane’s win pushes them to a 2-1 series lead, and they go for a 3-1 lead in tomorrow’s Game 4 at 6:35 p.m.
