SPOKANE, Wash. — A suspect wanted in connection with a shooting at a North Spokane tavern has surrendered to authorities after evading capture for more than five months.
Jordan G. Fleming, 30, turned himself in to the U.S. Marshals Service on Monday, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
Fleming was the primary suspect in a shooting that occurred at the Big Foot Tavern in North Spokaneon November 17, 2024.
Following his surrender, Fleming was booked into the Spokane County Jail on a first-degree assault charge stemming from the November shooting investigation.

Fleming is also being held on several unrelated misdemeanor warrants, with his total bond set at $1,004,000.
Authorities have not announced when Fleming is expected to make his first court appearance on the charges.
