MOSES LAKE, Wash. — A fourth suspect has been arrested in connection with a violent home invasion in Moses Lake, according to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO).
GSCO Public Information Officer Kyle Forman confirmed Thursday afternoon that Ruben Sabedra, 36, was taken into custody on probable cause of first-degree rape related to the incident.

The case began early Wednesday when deputies responded to a 4:30 a.m. call from a woman who reported being robbed, beaten, pistol-whipped, and held against her will for two hours at a residence near Road L.9-Northeast and Road 5 Northeast.
Deputies later spotted suspects at a Jack in the Box drive-through. Two women surrendered during a traffic stop, but a male suspect fled, leading to a chase that ended when he crashed and died on Lakeshore Drive.
The women, Champagne Garza, 36, and Becky Avalos, 30, face robbery and unlawful imprisonment charges.
Washington State Patrol is investigating the crash involving sheriff’s deputies.
