SPOKANE, Wash. — Teri Suiter attacked both her adult daughter and her mother at random Monday afternoon, according to an affidavit of facts filed with the Spokane County Superior Court.
It happened inside a home near East Boone Avenue and North Vista Road.

Suiter’s daughter told deputies she was in her room with her child when Suiter walked in and stabbed her.
The victim got up and blocked her child from being harmed, and was stabbed once again.
As the victim fought back to get Suiter out of the room, she realized she had been stabbed in the back and upper left chest.
Soon after Suiter left the room, her daughter began to hear Suiter’s mother scream for help.
The woman ran to help her grandmother, and heard Suiter say “I hope you die.”
The daughter told deputies she used a baby gate to fight Suiter off of the grandmother.
By the time deputies arrived, both women had separated themselves from Suiter, but the daughter told deputies her mother was still armed with a knife.
Deputies had to use a stun gun on Suiter to get her to drop the knife, which she turned on herself at least twice, but did not actually stab herself.
The grandmother was found with stab wounds to the left side of her chest and right front of her chest, near the collarbone.
The elder Suiter recalled hearing Teri Suiter say, “I’m going to get even with you for ruining my life,” according to court documents.
The grandmother was taken to a hospital, where she remained in critical condition Tuesday afternoon.
Both the daughter and mother of Teri Suiter told deputies the attack was unprovoked.
Suiter was booked on two charges of first-degree assault.
Commissioner Eugene Cruz set bond at $500,000.
Suiter’s arraignment was scheduled for May 6 at 9:00 a.m.
