PULLMAN, Wash. — People in Pullman might notice their water looking a little funky on Wednesday.
According to the City of Pullman, a small water pipe broke on Wednesday on Lamont Street, between Yates Street and Larry Street.
Crews fixed the pipe, but the break might cause some residents in the area to experience discolored water.
The City said if you notice discolored water, it is safe to drink and use, even if it is not aesthetically pleasing. Flushing your pipes and using cold water in the tap, bath and sinks will help restore the water to its natural color.
