SPOKANE, Wash. – The Gonzaga Bulldogs earned a No. 8 seed and will take on the No. 9 Georgia Bulldogs in Wichita, KS on Thursday at 1:35 p.m. PST.
Georgia hasn’t earned a tournament bid since 2015 and is winless in the tournament in the last 23 years.
Gonzaga has two all-time meetings against Georgia, both wins, and last meeting in the 2014 NIT Season Tip-Off in New York, N.Y.
This is the Zags’ 27th all-time tournament appearance and 26th in a row, the longest active streak in the country.
