ALLEN COUNTY, IN — The U.S. Marshals Service arrested a fugitive from Bonners Ferry who was on the run for several weeks in Indiana.
According to the Marshals, 58-year-old Daniel Floyd was convicted of having bombs or destructive devices in 2024 and was to be sentenced in February of 2025.
When the sentencing date arrived, Floyd did not show up for court and an arrest warrant was issued. Investigators also learned Floyd had fled the state.
Floyd was located in Indiana Thursday, March 13 and arrested.
He was booked into the Allen County Jail in Fort Wayne, Indiana and will be extradited back to Idaho for sentencing.
