SPOKANE, Wash. — A water main break is impacting traffic on 3rd Avenue and Lincoln Street in downtown Spokane.
The city says the on-street parking zone will be closed on the north side of 3rd Avenue.
Eastbound travel will be reduced to two lanes throughout the day while crews work on repairs.
The city says to slow down and follow the traffic signs in the area.
