MOSES LAKE, Wash. — The Moses Lake Police Department (MLPD) were dispatched to a fight near a gas station on N. Stratford Road after a caller reported that one of the participants had brandished a gun.
According to MLPD, while in route, dispatch received a call from a person at the intersection of Stratford and Maple who reported being shot.
MLPD said a witness described a white sedan pulling up alongside the victim’s vehicle and firing several shots into it while traveling north on Stratford Road.
The victim, who sustained gunshot wounds to the arm and back, was transported to Samaritan Hospital by medics with non-life-threatening injuries.
Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident, and more information will be released when available.
