POST FALLS, Idaho — You’re familiar with national chains like McDonald’s or Burger King, but Konala out of Post Falls could soon become a household name while changing the fast-food industry.
Jammie and Trace Miller launched Konala in 2023 as they sought to find a fast-food spot that could into their healthy lifestyle while being convenient and delicious.
The Millers want to change the way fast-food is viewed. They say healthy eating can often be overcomplicated, and they sought to simplify.

The name Konala comes from the couple’s rescue dogs, Kona and Nala.
