SPOKANE, Wash. — Mayor Lisa Brown issued a proclamation that honors the Jay and Kevin Show in a very special way.
The mayor’s proclamation declared February 13 as Jay and Kevin Day to honor the duo’s impact on the community.

The Jay and Kevin Show has been on the radio in Spokane for 30 years. The pair has been hosting a yearly food drive for the past 29 years that raised over $1 million and collected thousands of pounds of food.
Jay and Kevin have also been involved with the St. Jude Radiothon and Christmas Wish which helped hundreds of families during the holiday season.
“Jay and Kevin have entertained the people of Spokane with their morning show and have positively impacted the community,” Mayor Brown said in a post on Twitter/X. “Congrats on 30 years!”
The Jay and Kevin show is on 99.9 Coyote Country from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
