DEER PARK, Wash. —A fugitive was arrested on Monday after evading authorities for more than three years.
35-year-old Lorenzo Eugene Delgado Martin was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force (PNVOTF) at his residence in Deer Park.
According to PNVOTF, Martin faces 18 charges, including sexual assault, sodomy, and sexual penetration, stemming from allegations involving two victims under 14. The charges relate to abuse that reportedly lasted several years.
Arrest warrants were issued out of Jackson County, Oregon. Martin was tracked across multiple states before being located in Deer Park.
He is being held in Spokane County Jail, awaiting extradition to Oregon.
