WHITMAN COUNTY, Wash. — Five separate power outages are impacting more than 2,700 Avista customers Monday morning.
According to Avista, four outages were reported around 6:30 a.m. in the Palouse area of eastern Washington and north Idaho.
Another outage is hitting the area near Elk City in Idaho County about 2.5 hours from Lewiston.
Avista says it’s aware of the outage and working to restore power.
