SPOKANE, Wash. – If you’re looking for family-friendly activities this weekend, head to the Sprague Union District for ‘Autumn on the Ave’, a vibrant fall festival. The event promises a day of free fun with face painting, a petting zoo, live music, and more.
Autumn on the Ave is not only an opportunity for entertainment but also a chance to explore the district’s local shops and restaurants. Many small businesses will be offering discounts and special promotions throughout the day, including Wake Up Call, a popular local coffee shop.
“I think it’s just a great event to get people outside,” said Courtney True, Social Media Manager at Wake Up Call.
“We’re getting toward the colder times, but it’s still really nice outside for a great walk through all of the spots, and then obviously to grab a coffee right before you hit all of the shops.”
The festival will take place tomorrow from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more details, visit the Sprague Union District website. Don’t miss this chance to support local businesses while enjoying the fall season!
